Versatile & Space-Saving Design

The Zero Bench functions as a flat, incline and decline bench, allowing for a broad range of exercises within a compact footprint.

Built-in wheels make it easy to move and reposition, while the fold-flat design allows for convenient storage — slide it under a bed, store it against a wall, or tuck it neatly away between sessions. Its lightweight construction also makes it suitable for outdoor training when needed.

  • Enclosed adjustment ladders for safer and more secure angle changes

  • Manufactured from 50 x 25mm rectangular hollow section steel (3mm thick)

  • Commercial-grade antibacterial upholstery with a 30cm wide back pad
