Yes, we offer a comprehensive warranty program. Our structural frames and bars carry a limited lifetime warranty, while wearable items like resistance bands and upholstery have a 90-day coverage period.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my home gym space?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on heavy equipment unless the item is defective.
Are your barbells and plates suitable for outdoor use?
While our galvanized and cerakote-finished products offer high corrosion resistance, we recommend storing all equipment in a dry, indoor environment to prevent rust and maintain the integrity of the bearings.
Do you provide installation services for power racks?
We currently offer professional installation services for commercial gym fit-outs. For residential customers, all equipment includes detailed assembly guides and digital instructions.
